Ryan’s pivotal role involves developing and aligning Sentinel’s sales strategy with its goals. Whether he is coaching sales managers or strategizing directly with sales representatives, Ryan’s guidance and support are vital in ensuring the success of the company’s sales team.

Having held leadership roles in both Financial Planning and Investment Advisory Services, Ryan possesses a deep understanding of customer needs that enables him to identify and leverage essential growth opportunities.

Ryan values the variety of experiences he encounters at Sentinel, finding great fulfillment in overcoming challenges to the benefit of both businesses and their people. As a father of three, he spends his time out of the office coaching the town’s youth basketball and softball teams.
