Maura brings more than 12 years of experience in the benefits industry, where she has worked with groups ranging in size from small businesses with two employees to large organizations with up to 5,000 employees. Her expertise spans small group, mid-market, and large market solutions, including fully-insured, level-funded, self-funded plans, captives, RX carve-outs, and ICHRA strategies.

At Sentinel, Maura focuses on driving strategic initiatives for client partners, streamlining benefit requirements, and managing ad-hoc projects for client contacts. She is passionate about employee education and engagement, ensuring employees understand and maximize their benefits effectively.

Fun fact about Maura: She scuba dives a lot, and recently became introduced to the technical diving world!
