Lukas joined Sentinel Group in 2017 as a Sales & Business Development Representative. Lukas is one of the first graduates of Sentinel’s Sales & Business Development program. This 15-month rotational program is designed to recruit and train the next generation of benefits professionals through hands-on sales experience in the financial services industry. In this role, Lukas developed deep functional expertise while gaining broad exposure to business and client relationships.
Lukas currently works as a Retirement Plan Advisor. In this role, he helps clients and their employees become better prepared for their financial futures through the design, implementation, communication, and administration of retirement plans.
