Bob Scoville is the President and Head Coach at Performance Talks, Inc., a firm specializing in helping leaders and teams build healthy businesses that make a difference over the long term. Performance Talks designs and delivers a variety of services: custom leadership development programs, peer advisory groups, team development, executive coaching, and strategic planning facilitation. Bob is currently working with 35 different executive coaching clients including 13 CEO’s from 14 different companies. Bob served for 13 years as a Group Chair for Vistage leading peer groups of CEO’s that helped each other build healthy businesses and live fulfilling personal lives. Bob is a Co-Founder, past President and active member of the Board of Directors for Conscious Capitalism Boston.
