Professional Experience

Ben joined Sentinel Group in 2009 and became a Partner in 2023. In his role, he is responsible for managing the operations of Sentinel Benefits administration businesses and customer experience initiatives. Ben works closely with Sentinel leadership and Service Teams to create and ensure excellent service experiences for participants and plan sponsors.

To Ben, his role is about building relationships, collaborating with others, and listening to customer feedback in order to create better processes and experiences for anyone interacting with Sentinel.

Out of the Office

Ben loves to spend time with his family, friends, and his black lab, Goose. He enjoys traveling, fishing, and exploring new places. While he’s no beer connoisseur, he never turns down an opportunity to find and try a new brewery.
