Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, an increasing number of business leaders have become “flexibility fans,” for sustainability. As hiring activity begins to ramp back up in the U.S. labor market, companies must not only craft competitive pay and benefit packages to retain and recruit top talent, but also adopt the practice of more flexibility and empathy in their workplaces.
