SBFG may share the information described under the section “Information Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group Collects” with companies external to SBFG to complete a transaction you have requested or to help us service your account.
Sharing Information in Other Situations
SBFG may share the information described under the section captioned “Information Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group Collects” when we are permitted or required by law. Examples include responding to a subpoena, conducting a fraud investigation, or reporting to a credit bureau. We may also share this information when authorized by you, including sharing information with a designated trusted contact. SBFG is authorized to contact any designated trusted contact and disclose information about your account to address possible financial exploitation, to confirm the specifics of current contact information, health status, or the identity of any legal guardian, executor, trustee or holder of a power of attorney, or as otherwise permitted by FINRA Rule 2165.
