From strategic planning to talent acquisition, Fallon wears a number of different hats at Sentinel. Senior managers look to her for guidance in their everyday duties, and her efforts to build positive employee relations are reflected in the company’s culture. When Fallon isn’t working face to face with employees, her leadership comes through in her diligent work on policy design and compensation planning.

In 2018, Fallon was the proud recipient of Sentinel’s prestigious John A. Carnevale Leadership Award, which honors one employee who significantly impacted the company in a particular year.

To her core, Fallon is a people person, mediator and problem solver. She loves how her role at Sentinel plays to these strengths and supports her mission to create a wonderful work environment for employees. As a parent to two children, Fallon enjoys volunteering in organizations that support kids and families.

Fun fact about Fallon: She was named after the soap opera character Fallon Carrington from Dynasty!

Fallon loves to spend time with her family and friends. In the summertime, she enjoys weekends in Maine and the lake life. Fallon likes exploring new cities and checking out breweries and wineries – she also enjoys live music, reading, traveling and working out.
