Ben joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2009 following his graduation from Bryant University. In his role, he is responsible for managing the operations of Sentinel Benefits administration businesses and customer experience initiatives. Ben works closely with Sentinel leadership and Service Teams to create and ensure excellent service experiences for participants and plan sponsors.
To Ben, his role is about building relationships, collaborating with others, and listening to customer feedback in order to create better processes and experiences for anyone interacting with Sentinel.
