Sentinel Benefits and Geller Group Combine

Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group and Geller Group, LLC (including Geller Advisory Group, LLC and Geller Consulting Group, LLC) will join forces on December 1, 2010 to become one of the largest independent employee benefit plan service providers in the United States. The combined business will operate under the name Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group and John Carnevale will remain as President & CEO.
Once combined, Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group will serve 3,200 clients with 200 employees working from offices in Boston, New York, Providence, Seattle and Charlotte. We will administer more than 1,700 plans with more than $4.0 billion in assets. Our investment advisory business known as Sentinel Pension Advisors, Inc. will advise on $1.7 billion.
