Questions you might have about the Sentinel Benefits mobile app

Will the Sentinel Benefits mobile app work on my device?

Chances are the Sentinel Benefits mobile app is compatible with your favorite device. It’s currently optimized for Apple and Android. All you need is internet access. To download it:
  • iPhone,® iPod touch,® and iPad,® will need a valid iTunes® user account.
  • Android device users need a valid Google Play account.

How do I register to view my balance(s)?

If you already access your balances online, no additional registration is required. You will simply need your online user name and password to login to your accounts through the Sentinel Benefits mobile app. If you are not currently registered, register online or call (888) 762-6088 to get started.

Can I process account transactions using the Mobile App?

Yes. For your reimbursement accounts, within the Sentinel Reimbursement Accounts mobile app, you can submit claims, snap a photo of a receipt and attach it to a new or existing claim, submit expense information and receipts, and report a lost or stolen Benny Debit Card. For your retirement accounts, the ability to process account transactions using the mobile app is coming soon.

Which accounts are available?

You can view your retirement accounts and reimbursement accounts on the Sentinel Benefits mobile app. On a retirement account, you can view your total balance as well as balances by source and investment. On a reimbursement account, you can view your available balance, declared amount and year to date deposits. 

How do I access my reimbursement account through the Sentinel Benefits app?

From within the Sentinel Benefits app, click on My Reimbursement Account. The first time you click this link, you will be prompted to download the “Sentinel Reimbursement Accounts” app. Once downloaded, clicking My Reimbursement Account tile will allow you to log directly into your account.
