Employment Law Developments and Updates

In September 2016, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) finalized a regulation that would require all businesses with over 100 employees to submit pay data by gender, race and ethnicity.

However, in August 2017, the Government Accountability Office initiated a controversial review and an immediate stay.

Where will this go next?  Join us during this interactive panel discussion, where you will learn up-to-date developments in Massachusetts, including the new pay equity and maternity laws, current reporting requirements, and steps your organization can take to minimize risks.
